Boise Area Search, But Ride My Bike to Work PDF Print E-mail

If you needed a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage and wanted to be able to ride my bike to work, you should consider 9413 W Marigold MLS 98327664.

 

My logic is simple. First, there's not much to pick from if my budget is going to be under $150,000... Only 16 homes with a Boise address.

 

The closer to Boise you look, the more expensive it becomes. Secondly, if you're going to ride your bike back and forth to downtown, there's got to be a limit to route and distance you'd be willing to travel. Lastly, this pick is the only home I could find that allows you to ride two blocks and find homes worth $350,000 and up and they get closer to the river. That's right, the river. This is also my path to getting to work everyday. What a joy ride this would be. Greenbelt all the way babe!
