Our Comments:
You know, from the street, this house is unassuming. However, it does offer quite a bit. The front of the home is very low maintenance when considering the landscape. The back yard is all grass. As for being on the Warm Springs Mesa, it's in the older section, but not the oldest section -mature. It has a daylight basement so you walk out into the backyard and the deck has stairs going into the yard below. The best feature of this house for me is the back deck and the yard. The mature landscape and huge trees are fantastic. While there's no real view to speak of, that's far from the worst thing... especially considering the price. To be honest, I'm surprised this house hasn't sold. I can't see what else you can get that's in the foothills for less with as much to offer. While the home is older, I didn't see any glaring maintenance issue that would make you want to run. Foothills access just a block away. Don't forget, I live on the Mesa and love it here. Come be my neighbor!

Testimonial

I have purchased investment homes on five occasions now. Heinrich and his crew are by far the best real estate brokerage with whom I've ever worked. When it comes time to recommend a real estate broker, we will recommend Wiebe.
