Our Comments: UPDATE: NEW price now below what seller paid for it in 2006. This place should sell.
Woodzy feel, but looks older as approached. Corner lot, but rests on busier streets in the subdivision. Bamboo floor is new, laminate product. Seems like a nice install. It's everywhere. ... stairs, hall, living room kitchen. Painted cabinets with new knobs. Low ceiling in kitchen. Needs a redo. Ceilings feel low and compressing. Love the wrap around deck. Give a nice view to the west. Covered deck out back. Neighbors can't see into back yard very well at all. Like the privacy. good summer shade with East facing backyard. Shows age. Needs doors, windows and a roof...1974. Sweet factors are view, decks, large lot. Two neighbors have been in a landscape project for more than a year. Less than 50% chance of selling in 30 days at this price. Seller paid $368K less than two years ago. UPDATE::: so this house has been for sale for nearly 900 days and won't sell. It's a short sale and the bank just won't take a deal and won't foreclose on it either. I'd call this part of the shadow market. Banks just don't want to take their medicine. I guess if they did, they'd be broke.
