Do you think it is a good idea for first time home buyers to have a chance at buying a home if they don't have any money for the down payment or closing costs? Should it be the responsibility of the Federal Government to supply that assistance? |

Everyone wants at least two bathrooms and a garage of some sort right? I would encurage buyers looking in this area to consider a townhome or condo. There just might be positive trade off. The best deal could be at the Falling Brook Subdivision. This project isn't sell very well right now. |
