Do you think it is a good idea for first time home buyers to have a chance at buying a home if they don't have any money for the down payment or closing costs? Should it be the responsibility of the Federal Government to supply that assistance?

Everyone wants at least two bathrooms and a garage of some sort right?

I would encurage buyers looking in this area to consider a townhome or condo. There just might be positive trade off. The best deal could be at the Falling Brook Subdivision. This project isn't sell very well right now.
