From the backyard (which is quite large) there are views of the surrounding foothills.

The house has an attached 2-car garage with a built in work space, and the house itself is approximately 1650 sq. feet.

The lot is approximately .36 of an acre, and the backyard has a large covered patio
and is completely privacy fenced with in-ground sprinkler system and drip
lines (with programmable digital timer).

The home has been completelyat-5e wired, so it is completely networked with
ports in every room. The interior of the home has a large open great room with vaulted
ceiling and gas fireplace, which is a great entertaining space. We have installed a
5-burner, stainless steel, dual fuel range (dual fuel meaning gas cooktop
and electric oven). The kitchen also has custom cabinets and a large
pantry. The dining space has a bay style window overlooking the backyard
with a built in window seat that provides a nice place to sit and watch the
