Bank Gives up a half million in 87 days of market time

I don't have the back-end story on this one, but it's remarkable. A home is built and finished late in 2007. It hits the market 4/17/2008. I can't see why they'd wait so long to begin marketing unless there's something else going on here. Let me explain.
