The Bristl Heights Subdivision has always been one of my favorites when consider a location near HP and West of Boise. The reason I like this area is it's design and flow. It has meanering pathways and a good mix of homes with mature landscape. It's always been farely affordable too.

Just four days later and we've grown to 8,037 listings for sale in Ada and Canyon Counties combined. That's a 1% increase in less then one week.

After a mild break in the action over the winter decline in inventory, we are on the rise...again. I predict we'll blow past the previous high established last year of 8,400 listings.
