Here's a market summary for Brookwood Subdivision in Eagle Idaho since September 1, 2007. 8 sold in the last six months and there are 21 homes on the market now. That's enough inventory for a year or slightly more. The market expectations are a bit high from what buyers are willing to pay. Nothing new for this market. Looks like homes are still selling here. |
