Here's the claim from NAR regarding the benefits of this video.
"In this special video edition of the NAR President's Podcast, 2008 NAR President Dick Gaylord explains how the economic stimulus package will give housing a big boost, and why we need to pass FHA and GSE Reform now."
This pitch by big brother is uninformative and is only a pitch asking for donations to pay for more of the same.

The time has arrived for wiebere.com to map short sales for all the world to see. You can easily search them by clicking th short sale link in the main menu to the left.
I've created a nifty little search tool that sends me automatic emails on all listings that relate to SHORT SALES. They arrive every day and throughout the day. I think of them as little struggles in the market place. Some are a good deals and some aren't.
Over lunch I had a chance to explain MODERN to a couple friends I was presented with the question "what do you mean your modern". "Yayahoo!" I said."let me tell you...
Let me share with you what I shared with my friends over lunch. It's an interesting ride.
