NE Boise - How's it looking for under $300,000?

Everyone wants at least two bathrooms and a garage of some sort right?

I would encurage buyers looking in this area to consider a townhome or condo. There just might be positive trade off. The best deal could be at the Falling Brook Subdivision. This project isn't sell very well right now.

When Albertson's sold and many of their employee's moved away, that created some really good buys. Here's one example. Sold for below assessed value of $218,000. Great buy! The relocation company finally bit the bullet and lowered the price and accepted a blow out offer.
