Welcome to Wiebe's NE Boise's Market Analysis.
NE Boise is a central focus of mine because it's where I live (see Warm Springs Mesa). I'm native to Boise and this area I call my back yard. It is so livable. I guess that's why it has so many historic features. Folks have been drawn to it for over one hundred years.
In my view, Boise has three fundamental variables that make it a great place. Simply put, this includes the Boise river, our foothills and downtown core. Each of these hold special characteristics, they are the things that people remember when they come to visit Boise. You see, the N.E. end of Boise is as close as you can get to all three of these fundamentals --at the same time. For this reason alone, I believe the area holds the best values and desirability year after year.
The content on this page includes real estate market information and a collection of links that will prove useful to anyone interested in this area of Boise. Whenever possible, I will link to other resources that best illustrate the points I'm trying to make. The most current information will always be at the top.
Here's the a map of the general area as defined by the MLS. You can see it butts up to area 100 (North End) at Reserve St and two other boundaries are the Boise river and HWY 21.
